First, you need to go see your doctor, genital warts are a form of std and they are contagious.
Second, you need to keep condoms on from now on and you wont have to worry about some nasty sore or wart….in this day and time you are playing with a loaded gun!

Open sores could be Chlamydia or it could be herpes.
genital warts is more like lumps under the skin of the genitals.
You should have this tested by your doctor to find out for sure what this is and until you do abstain from sex in the mean time.
