If I can’t get rid of them how do I make them not itch? Open to home remedies as well.

Go to the doctors, they have medication.

Please see a doctor. You could harm yourself using regular wart medication on these.

PLEASE see a doctor for genital wart removal. Most of the home remedies do not work, and some even cause more harm to the surrounding tissues.
