Once you have an outbreak of genital herpes, is there any home remides to help heal faster then to let it heal on it’s own?

Besides medication there isn’t much out there naturally that will herpes out breaks faster. There are remedies to help with the pain but not so much with the healing.
Just keep them clean and dry. Keeping them dry will help dry the sores / blisters out which helps too heal them up.

Keep the area dry, pat the area don’t rub it, you can even blow dry it with the hair dryer after a shower/bath.
Put ice on the sores for short periods to calm the nerve endings that cause discomfort.

not really. just let it run its course. even if you do help to “heal it faster” you are still in a contagious state.
