One has nothing to do with the other. If you’re mature enough to participate in sexual activities, use condoms. Also, get yourself educated about these things first.

Oral and genital diseases are usually two different things. Frequent urination does not necessary mean you have a disease. Go see a doctor if you are having problems with urinating.
