If we both have genital herpes, are we safe to give each other oral sex and not get HSV1?

dont!!! u can spread it into ur mouth i am in health occupations and we just learned this do not do it you do not want herpes in ur mouth and down there

Yes you can get herpes from Head.

get some dental dam to protect him and if you do it use a condom
