If a guy with a bad case of warts on his hands has sex, will his partner likely get genital warts? Can hand warts spread just by touching his hands?

there are a few kinds of viruses that cause warts. Some are more infectious than others and most of them can be spread by touch

The hand-warts can be easily spread if the wart is open or bleeding if he touchs his genitals or anybody else’s genitals it can be transmitted this way. If the wart is not open or bleeding then it really cant be spread in other parts of his body. I would suggest getting treatements to remove the warts so its less chance of a risk of spreading to other parts of his body.
