How do I know if i have a yeast infection or an STD?

I havent been sexually activin in a long time but for a while ive been having tiny bumps which itched, burned and sometimes blead, around my vagina, and heavy white and yellow, smelly discharge. Now i recently noticed that theres a bigger bump but its not bothering me at all, yet. Is it an STD?

yes i strongly recommend you go to a doctor asap. this could be something serious like genital warts or a yeast or std infection that has gone untreated way too long. the bleeding is not a good sign at all and the discharge you described is a good indication of some type of severe infection. please see a doc asap so it doesn’t lead to anything more serious.
