I think I may have mouth warts from the HPV I have, they are painful wart looking bumps in my mouth by my throat..which doctor do I see? a gynocologist, oral surgeon or ear/nose/throat doctor?

I highly doubt you have HPV in your mouth. It is actually extremely rare and normally only occurs in people who are immune compromised.
You should probably see an ENT, because it’s probably something other than HPV.
I could be wrong, but HPV is rare.

ENT doc, so they can laser them. hope you don’t have that, but need to be seen either way
