Do Warts Hurt When You Get Them Burned Off By The Doc? Even A Little?

I know its nasty!!! YUCK but the doc. once froze the warts off, then they came back. does the burned off hurt worse? or vise versa? Does it hurt even a little bit? I am scared! oh, yea, its on my nuckle-finger-thumb-and palm, is it worth getting it done? becuse my friends are afraid i am gunna spred them and never want to be around me! HELP!

    It may hurt a little, but jeez! Not THAT bad! No, it does not hurt worse if it is a repeat procedure. It will be the same as the first time you had it done. DO IT! Warts can be contagious, depending on the type of wart, the location, and the duration of contact with the infected person. They are caused by a number of viruses.

    Why don’t you just go and buy a bottle of freeze-on and take it off yourself.

    The actual freezing of the wart did not hurt at all. During the recovery period it will be sensitive, but not painful unless you bump it into something. It is defintely worth it.
