The HSV virus can be transmitted in this manner. It is not the same serotype as the common genital variety – but basically the same symptoms and disease course exist.

yes, one of my classmates years ago had the same thing, depnds of the sore, and yuck why she blows you if she has one, it makes me vomit really, but the consecuences are worst for her than for u i believe, she has to do to the doctor asap, and you can have a regular check up for your calm. good luck i hope you are free of it

YES, you can get herpes lesions on your genitals if your girlfriend has a cold sore and she goes down on you.
In order to prevent this, always use a flavored condom during fell atio, and never do that when she has a visible sore.
btw, she is most contagious RIGHT BEFORE the sore erupts. That’s why it is important to use a condom.
btw, genital herpes is usually type 2, while cold sores are type 1. nonetheless, you can get sores on either site, so they’re misnomers.
