can i get genital herpes from from touching my genitals with my hand after touching someone else’s genitals with said hand? also, is oral herpes permanent?

It’s possible, but more likely if you touched an out break of genital herpes then touched your own genitals with in seconds of touching the out break. Herpes doesn’t last for more then seconds when it’s away from the carrier of it. Herpes also doesn’t survive in open air for more then seconds.
Both oral and genital herpes are permanent and they have no cure.

yes you can, as it is spread by skin to skin contact. you can also still get it even if the herpes aren’t inflamed. im not to sure if oral herpes are. I’m nearly sure they are.
