is there still a chance even if neither have ever had a history of an std but are not using protection while performing this?

There are these creepy looking men on the profile pics and to me that is just gross! We all know that a big percentage of the questioners on here are under 18. Does anyone else find this uncomfortable?

Just wondering…. I am kinda paranoid about doin random chicks so usually I just play around with them…….without putting me at risk for those nasty diseases… But what percentage of young people are infected with any sort of STD?

I am really sick of it. This site should really be age screened. You know the only reason why they ask these questions is because their computers have parental blocks.
Serioulsy, half the time I am praying people don’t answer with nasty remarks, but they do! And the responders are probably perverts anyway!

I understand that kids are curious…and they should know about sex. What I don’t agree with is that they get this information in sick ways.

I have noticed a lot of sex questions asked from teens. I see nothing wrong with them. I was that age too once and was very naive. Not all parents or sex ed classes are great at teaching kids.

I have also noticed a lot of adults giving crude and rude answers to these kids. It’s always bugged me. Why do people feel the need to talk to a young teen that way?

i am planning a sexual health workshop for young people aged 13-19 years old. i can find sexual health games quite easily but need some other ideas that are informative but also interactive. there is not a particular area of sexual health i am focusing on but i do not want to stand up in front of them and just read a load of information (obviously) any ideas would be really appreciated.!

I would like to be a sexual health nurse/paramedic when I am older. I have looked at both and I understand how I would get into paramedics but for being a sexual health nurse for young people at a drop in centre/clinic would I have to do adult nursing or children’s nursing? Obviously general nursing is no longer a route you can take as the degrees are now specified ones. If anyone can offer me any advice I would really appreciate it

Im 13 and wondering why girls as young as 9 are getting this Vaccine.
&& Also, does HPV just suddenly appear or something? Or is it only a Sexual Transmitted Disease?

I know the HPV vaccine in approved for girls as young as 9 yrs old, but how young would you allow your child to be vaccinated against the Human Pappiloma Virus? HPV is the virus that has been linked to cervical cancer, as well as others. Also, the vaccine will soon be approved for boys. Would you vaccinate your son?
Also wanted to mention that for the HPV vaccine to be most effective it needs to be administered prior to the onset of sexual activity.
