I have HPV and have broken out with genital warts. I am currently 38wks pregnant and my doctor said we may have to do a C-Section because of them. How risky is it to give birth vaginally? What are the chances of my baby getting them?

I am 8 months pregnant and I have gential warts. I want to have a vaginal birth and sure if it is safe for my baby.

I have had genital warts since April. My gynecologist treats me regularly with TCA. The warts normally appear outside the vaginal opening, but recently I’ve noticed some small wart clusters on the inside. Is this normal? Should I be worried?
