I have a problem here. For months I have been not touching myself, because I didn’t feel good afterwards. I don’t have a partner now, and wonder if that’s causing some of it. Lately, I have started back to doing these things once a week. Usually I go someplace at night and do it. In a lot of ways, I think I would be happier if I got back with my ex, but it’s not possible right now. I guess there are good sides to doing this, but I really would like to get back to once a month or less. I feel so guilty afterwards, and I don’t want people knowin’ about it. It causes me to get irritable the next day at times, and I’m normally not like that. Are there any tips on how to get better control on this? Because I don’t want people thinking that i’m a nasty person. It’s just at times when I get to thinking< I get to where I get aroused and don’t have a partner. Could I be getting sexually frusterated?
Thanks for the advice. In other words, my sex drive is being engaged and is wanting to be more active. Well, I will just have to realize that it is normal and that there’s nothing wrong with it. However, I think there are always consequences for things, and that means good or bad consequences. It can relieve tension, but also leave me feeling tired.
