If someone is diagnosed with an STD and they continue to have sex with partners without telling them that they have the STD who should you contact to report this? Is this a crime? Can this be taken to court?

I had a one night stand and at the time I didn’t know i had hpv (genital warts). Months later my first breakout appeared. My question is, could the person that I came in contact get genital warts, even though the warts were dormant in my system at the time?

My friend has hpv and has not had any problems with it for 2 yrs. She recently had sex and now has genital warts. Does this mean that she is just having a flare up or did her partner have it?

A friend of mine has it and we have shared drinks, lip gloss, toilet seats and stuff like that. Can I get it that way? I thought HPV was just some kind of cancer or something, but she says she has a few warts…
What if she gives someone oral or they give it to her?
What if she kisses someone?

my ex boyfriend and i had intercourse with no condom and the girl he had sex with before had an STD and I got it he know he had it and didnt tell me and now is saying he did it on purpose. Can he get arrest for this? because i have emails saying that he did it intentionally.

Last night my friend and i returned from the bar back to my place. Im gay, she isnt, but i made a move on her. We did the dirty and all its glory… but this morning i was informed by another friend that she might have HPV. Im concerned. This would be my first contact with her like this, and i want to know my chances of whatever. I hope i didnt get it.
