I’m tired of asking sex questions and then have to figure out whether to put it in Woman’s studies, Relationships or Family Planning.

where is the Category: “SEX” ?

If you want to test for STD’s do you have to tell the doctor or can you just request a blood test? If anything coems back or is abnormal they will tell you, but do they need to know up front what the blood test is for?

I saw a patient who tested positive for gonorrhea and she was upset because she didn’t want to be tested nor did she know STD testing was going to be done. Is this because STD testing is just included as the standard-of-care for sexually active women at risk or did she need to give consent to STD testing first?

I ocassionaly get genital warts on my private part (on top). What could be the real cause of this? Help me
