what if you have open sores and genital warts what can you have?

I accidently touched my girlfriends cold sore on her mouth and a while later I itched my balls haha. Could i get genital warts?

i have been with my boyfriend for over a year and i know that we were both eachothers first.. hes been in boot camp for the last 8 weeks and i finally got to see him again. we had protected sex for the first time in a long time and now i have some genital sores.. Does this mean its genital herpes even though niether of us have it or have done anything else with anyone else? please help

I’ve gotten cold sores since I was about 2 months old. And I get them from lack of sleep, stress etc. I know I do not have and STI, or “herpes.”
but if I give someone a ******* while I have a cold sore on my mouth, will they get cold sores or genital herpes?

I have had genital herpes for more than 8 years and they have always came in the form of blisters, and now it seems to have changed. Now sometimes when I wipe myself after urinating, there are spots of blood, yet I experience no pain. Two months ago, it looked like I had a small ulcer down there.

If i get cold sores often randomly, does that also mean that i have genital herpes as well?

I was told that for men genital herpes leave sores on the penis head that don’t go away or crust off like herpes on the lip do. I don’t have herpes myself but i was wondering if this is true…

If not, do you think that someone who has genital herpes should inform partners before having sex with them?
I have genital herpes hsv-1, the same virus that causes cold sores on the mouth. People who have oral hsv-1 are actually 5 times more infectious than me, and if they give oral sex are putting their partners at 5x the risk I am if I have unprotected sex with someone.
So bearing this in mind, do you think the stigma placed on genital hsv-1 is fair, and would you expect someone that has the virus genitally to behave any differently than someone who has it orally? Why does one have a ‘moral responsibility’ while the other does not?

I have genital herpes. My girlfriend gets cold sores. I’ve been researching this with varied results. I know that HSV2 can be spread with or without an outbreak present. How else is it transmitted besides open sores? I’ve been reading that HSV2 can be spread to the mouth, is that in the form of HSV1? What do the sores look like, HSV1 or HSV2? With all that I’ve read, I haven’t found anything about people with cold sores on their genitals or herpes outbreaks on their faces. Is oral sex safe for us? All information is much appreciated.
