hi i have genital warts and i was wondering is it to late for me to get the HPV vaccine.

I got the HPV shot on like a month or two ago or w.e and I had an appt. This week to get my next one but i couldnt go. How long can i wait to get it? My mom is being gay and wont take me.

My cousin needs her last shot and I guess it’s like $150 without insurance at this one place and it’s so expensive!

I know it prevents hpv and cervical cancer and all that, but what makes it do that? Specific details are key here please help me.

I want to get the shots to prevent me from getting hpv. I am not going to be sexually active, but i getting the shot will be like a “security blanket” to me. My dad thinks thats a stupid reason so i need a convincing argument to let me get the shots.
