What are the more important question to ask when dealing with same sex marriage and its possible legalization?

Im writing a report and and i wanna write about the things that people are actually concerned about when it comes to this touchy topic.

If a guy is a carrier of HPV, can he transmit it to the same partner multiple times? As in, if the girl gets an abnormal papsmear and gets tested for pre cancerous cells and it comes up negative, will she have to repeat the process each time?

I had raised hpv caused warts, then got treated and they were gone in 6 months. That was the only break out I had. It has been over 5 years. I understand the virus is still with me, but that doesn’t necessarily mean I’m contagious. There are many conflicting reports though. My Hpv would be considered dormant though, right? Lastly, when you try the vinegar test, is the whiteness obvious, or can it be hard to detect?

You have a 3 liter drink. a person who has an STD puts their mouth on it. After they do, you pour some of that same drink in a cup. You don’t put your mouth on the bottle like they did, but you forgot to wipe the off the part that they put their mouth on before you poured your cup. Can you contact whatever they have this way?

also can you spread plantar warts to your genital area?
if so does that mean you hpv positive?
