I am clean. Now that I am single, I am looking forward to going on a BJ spree. . but before i do I want to know if I can get infected?

A few months ago i got oral sex from a person i really didn’t know. Now am concerned at stds. i’ve have a couple some bumps that may or may not have been there before, since then i have been checking my self daily. Also does anyone know if there is a test for men to diagnose HPV?
i read somewhere that its nearly impossible for a men to get HPV from receiving oral, the person really at risk is the person giving.

I need to know exactly what STD’s a woman can contract from receiving oral sex. Obviously, herpes is one, but are there any others? Please do not judge because I am asking such a question – I just need to know some facts. Thank you in advance.

I recently received oral sex and was wondering if there is a possibilty of catching an STD? I did wear a condom and we practiced safe sex. So I wonder what my chances of catching something are.

This was ONLY ORAL SEX. The condom did not snap or break. There may have been saliva contact but no other contact.

I have to write a paper on oral sex for my psychology of sex class and I’m having a hard time finding anything on HPV when it comes to receiving it. I’ve found plenty saying you could get HPV of the mouth if someone is infected, but the chances are rare from what I read. But what about receiving it? Can someone get it that way and what are the chances of it? Anyone know, it’d be a great help for this paper.

i mean, next to abstinence, does this action have the lowest risk of catching an std? no intercourse, condom on, possibly with lube. im trying to reduce my risk as much as possible w-o sacrificing pleasure. how long can one be abstinent these days? do i have to have my pants on too when receiving to lower risks.

I guess I should clarify my question. I have already read the advice “always use protection.. STD transmission is still possible” and I am not asking for that. When I said what are the rates of infection I actually meant:

What is the probability specifically for an individual male that he will become infected by an STD from receiving unprotected oral sex from a female. What the infection transmission chances for any relevant STDs in this specific situation?

I was recently at a college party and hooked up with a girl. She performed oral sex on me, and then we had intercourse. I later found out from a friend that she had genital warts. I wore a condom during sex but not for oral, and am concerned I may have caught something. If anybody could help me out I’d appreciate it.
