A large number of mental disorders are related to sexuality and sexual deprivation. Masturbation has no ill effect as is wrongly propagated by some on mistaken grounds. Masturbation and use of sex-toys give great relief to persons not having normal [healthy] sex-partners. It gives the freedom to have the pleasure whenever there is a desire, without troubling any one [not even the puritan society]. It is 100% safe, as there is no contact with any infection and hence can play a big role in preventing Sexually Transmitted Diseases [STD][including the much frighted AIDS]. In view of these facts, I propose that all concerned should support my proposal in all relevant platforms, including World Health Organisation. This can reduce the huge expenditure in currently practised campaigns against AIDS & STD, with better compliance. Research on reduction of costs and development of better Sex-Toys, with undoing of misconceptions will help. Am I the first person to propagate this view?
