i have small bumps ( 11 ) on my mid thigh to knee, i noticed these 2 days ago and since i took a shower and cleaned my legs they seem to be going away i dont have anything on my penis area i have been reading up on genital herpes and looking at pictures and thought i would have them where i was infected ?

It wasnt a thong, it was a regular underwear, and there were no intercourse but i wasnt wearing anything and i wasnt sure if she got wet and dripped something on my penis…Under my testicles feels itchy and my palms feels tingling, and its been two days?? Do i need to see a doctor?

I did my best to wash it and dry it out, it looks fine, but are there any risks?
