I had an outbreak of genital herpes 2 months ago due to the HSV1 strain of the virus. I have a closed canker sore on the inside of my month and am currently not experiencing a herpes outbreak. Is it still possible to spread genital herpes through oral sex given a prior history and no outbreak through a canker sore?

I contracted visible genital warts from my boyfriend in January 08, he didnt know he had them. I had cream which didnt work, but they cleared up on their own anyway after about 7 months. We have used protection ever since, but last weekend we had sex without protection(after a night drinking), and his wart had become visible again. Does this mean i will definatly get them again?
