she does have it btw. i just wanna know how i can protect myself from it and what i can do without getting infected.
i do have the hpv vaccine btw but idk what strain she has. but if she does have a strain that the vaccine protects against, am i safe?

why are STD’s readily passed from a male to a female than from a female to a male?

Just like aids is passed down to children, is the same true with genital herpes? And if the answer is yes, then isnt it inevitable that everyone will eventually be diagnosed with genital herpes, since about 1/3 of the population today already has it?

What im tryna ask is like, does the std transmit as soon as u slide in? if i get head for a hot minute before i put a rubber on and beat cakes, do i jus get the std as soon as she starts giving head? im safe but im still trippin off that??

I looked on webmd and many other medical sites, so far I’ve found it gets passed through intercourse (obviously why its an STD) but I haven’t found any answer as to if it passes through oral sex.

I don’t have HPV (don’t know why I feel the need to defend that to strangers) but I just anwered a question, uninformed, about it. Actually one of my best girlfiends also had a baby about 2 years ago and she found out this year that she has HPV, she doesn’t know if she had it when she was pregnant cuz she changes boyfriends, but her son was adopted, is he at risk for developing HPV, is a baby girl at higher risk? Can it be avoided by giving birth C-section?

What I mean is… If a girl is giving the guy head. Can the guy get genital warts? Because I called the USA STD Hotline or something like that…. And they said that is NOT possible. But I want to hear what you people think. SO again my question is. – Is it possible for the guy to get GENITAL WARTS from the girl, when she is giving him head??? Please tell me what you think.

I’ve got a friend who has white bumps on his scrotum that he has had from birth. He says his father has them too supposedly.
So to rule out the possibility, can HPV (human papilloma virus) or genital warts be passed on from birth, or are these things only contracted from sexual intercourse.
