If a boy has a smelly bell end and a girl has bad discharge, white, kinda clumpy and sometimes can smell, what does this mean?

I know someone who was just diagnosed with Gental Warts, and he thinks he has one on his neck. Do they spead to other areas of your body like that? Can you get them on your neck, hands, arms ect? Thanks!

i recently saw some pix of ppl with herpes on their fingers, hand, arm and so on..and now im wondering how it got there..lets say the finger, could a guy have gotten it becuz he fingered someone with genital herpes? jus wondering
