I have had herpes for the last 4 years. He went out with me about 6 years ago and never called a second time, so i slept with him just to give him the STD. He just called and said he had it and now i guess i feel a little guilty.

my ex boyfriend and i had intercourse with no condom and the girl he had sex with before had an STD and I got it he know he had it and didnt tell me and now is saying he did it on purpose. Can he get arrest for this? because i have emails saying that he did it intentionally.
