If someone is diagnosed with an STD and they continue to have sex with partners without telling them that they have the STD who should you contact to report this? Is this a crime? Can this be taken to court?

I know it’s a strange question. But if I wash the herpes infected areas at night and let my washcloth dry out, is it OK to wash my face in the morning with the same cloth? Or is there still a risk of getting the virus in my eyes or even coldsores?

I saw a dermatologist and he said that shaving may help spread the warts to other parts of the face. I got them frozen, but I don’t know when I can start shaving again or is there any safe way to still shave (or remove facial hair) during this time.
