I Recently got a very bad flu and sore throat … i had to stay home for 5 days …. and it was horrible … i took an Anti-histamine (Panadol Cold Flu ) & An Antibiotic (Zhithromax) .. ive been off both of them about a week ago (since the flu gone) and since then i felt like my sexual health has been badly lowered……i used to get erections about 20 times a day or more….. used to ****bate every day or 2 days … now i dont find any of these enjoyable… and dont feel much aroused anymore …. I even tried ****bating yesterday… but i didnt feel any satisfaction… No its about 10 days since i took this stupid antiobiotic and i’m begging to worry…… Any advice about foods to take or activites or anything that would return me to normal will be appreciated also…..
