I am going to get a smear test done but I don’t know what it checks for? I want to get like an overall check for everything all STI’s and STD’s but i don’t know what tests they do, like blood tests etc? Any info greatly appreciated.

what is the different between genital warts and genital herpes?

i recently saw some pix of ppl with herpes on their fingers, hand, arm and so on..and now im wondering how it got there..lets say the finger, could a guy have gotten it becuz he fingered someone with genital herpes? jus wondering

Also if genital warts have been left unknown and untreated for possibly a year, is this really bad, will they be harder to treat or have more likely caused something like cervical problems/cancer.

Is it possible to have genital warts and get one wart every 3 months and it only last for about a week each time? I does not look like cauliflower it is just a hard red bump that is medium in size?

I think I was infected with genital herpes about 2 weeks ago. I have been having sores since about 5 days after i was infected. They are red bumps, but now I think new ones are forming. Can this happen? I thought you only have the origional sores which eventually heal and then the outbreak is over…?

i have only had one sexual partner. and i have just found out that i have either genital warts or herpes. now he does not have any symptoms and before i ask questions like did you cheat i was just wondering if their was a non sexual way of contracting these infections/diseases. i was also wondering if anyone had any info on how to deal with these problems once you have them. like how one continues with sexual activities both oral and intercourse. And if anyone knows if the diseases ever go away in that is it safe to have sex without protection if the warts arent present etc.
