I guess I should have been more clear. What are some physical differences in terms of how they present themselves? Look, feel, etc…

ive had a yest infection before but this one is different i got the itchy and the irritated part of it as well as the white discharge but now i also got this type of sore that burns when i urinate. Can this happen with a yeast infection? or does it sound more like genital herpes?

I have what may be a skin plaque but why do they occur. It is high in the pubic hair area. What is the difference between that and genital warts. Please help?
