i think the opposite. i have oral herpes, get breakouts frequently and everyone knows. my roommate has genital , has had one outbreak, and no one has to know. yet people are always like “ewww genital herpes” and “oh its JUST a cold sore” its annoying i’d switch anyday

I know there was an article and all that, but do we have to keep discussing it? And am I only fanning the flame by posting THIS question?

ETA: I swear to god Y!A tried to put this question in LGBT. Is that the catch-all category for anything beyond vanilla hetero sex?

Should it be required that the question at least deals with LGBT issues, and not questions pertaining and assuming we are hetero?

Anyone else find this a bit annoying, at all? I mean, really. They have their own section….why can’t they stay over there?

Do you think there should be a seperate category for 11 yr old girls who want to know what “secs” is and how to “masturbat” and have an “organsum”?

I was just wondering whether they have clinics like the Uk on an anonymous basis etc. How often do Italians go for checkups? What is the general attitude to sexual health in Italy? Are treatments to STIs the same as in the Uk? and finally where do Italians go to find out about the Pill and to be prescribed it?

Do they just let it contract each other and not worry about it? How does the relationship work when someone has an STD?

This last tusday I had went to the doctor to get results on my pap. test. It turns out that I have HPV along with canceris cells around the cervex. Next tusday I go into the Gino. and see what they can do to help it from getting worse. Im really scared and i dont know what to do. Has anyone else been in this situation and can give me some advise?

I am really scared and even though some of my friend know, I feel like I can’t date anyone because I’d have to tell them. I am really young and have no idea where or how I got HPV. I’ve went to the doctor to get them treated, but emtionally and mentally I am unsure how to deal. I feel like I’m doomed to lead a single and lonely life, I mean who’d want to be with someone with a STD.
