I understand that regular pap testing can prevent cervical cancer when already diagnosed with HPV, but is there anything else you can do with diet or suppliments (for example) that can help prevent the cells from turning cancerous?

I am already 24 years old and have been sexually active with the same partner for one year. They say you should get it up to age 26 – does it get less effective the older you get? I know that there are many different strands of HPV, and the ones that cause the warts to appear are the low risk strands. I got the pap smear test done, but I have to wait a while for the results to come in, and im soooo anxious! Please let me know!!!
