Okay so when I was 18 I was diagnosed with Anal Warts/HPV I had three treatments they actually went in and removed them surgically. And 3 years later have had no outbreaks since. Is it gone.. Doctors tell me it is not something that goes away well one doctor did and the other said once they are gone they are gone for good unless I get reexposed… But my partners in the past have yet to show any signs of the infection.. All help appreciated. Thank You!

Both my partner and I have anal warts and are going to have them removed with surgery. Since we both have the virus, are we able to (after surgery recover time) go back to having sex without condoms? We are committed to each other so no need to worry about spreading HPV any further.

I was recently diagnost with Anal warts. I don’t see any symptoms of the virus but I know its there. What preventative measures, besides not having sex, can I take so he doesn’t get infected?
