I was told that i have the HPV right before i was going to get the vaccine. The Dr never gave the shot to me.So now i dont know if getting the shot is useless or what. I told my school nurse i already have the virus when she tried to give me the vaccine and she looked at me all confused and said i dont get it. . . . What do i do? Keeping getting the shot or not?

Can oral herpes cause genital herpes if you already have oral herpes? So in the case that a girl performs oral sex without an outbreak on me, but has an outbreak from time to time?
If it can, what are the relative chances of it occurring?

A few months back, my now ex boyfriend cheated on me and infected me with Genital Herpes. I am now beginning a new relationship with an individiual, and I am just curious as to different steps people take besides wearing condoms during sexual intercourse to keep from spreading this disease to my future partners. I have heard that there are herbal remedies that work to help prevent the transfer, as well as other things you can do. Any information would be greatly appreciated

So far my partner and i show no signs of a wart out break and is undetermined what type of hpv we have. neither of us have warts but have hpv. Is it ok to ever have unproteced sex again with her?(while recieving teatment or out break prevention medication/ vacine) How will this affect having kids?

The Gardasil website says that it protects you from HPV. I thought that it protected you from cervical cancer CAUSED by HPV.

My friend is a lesbian and her girlfriend has HPV but it already turned into cervical cancer and they had sex. My friend says once HPV turns into cancer it can’t be spread. Is this true? I still think she should go get checked just to be on the safe side.

My friend already has the HPV virus and we found out today that she may also have cervical caner. One of the treatments for Cervical Cancer is the HPV vaccine, but since she already has HPV she can’t have the vaccine are there any other possible treatments?

if i get cold sores 1-3 times a year, could i also develop genital herpes if when i WAS sexually active? i’ve had unprotected sex once and the other times i used protection.
