After I gave this guy head my stomace started hurting and it wont stop an i feel like im going to throw up. and its been a day. i done it before and i didnt feel sick. so Is there an STD that after you give a guy head your stomace hurts?

Theres not a single STD that i could think of that would do that to you. Maybe you are getting the flu, or something else. But i’m not really thinking it has anything to do with giving head.
