can you get an std by having unprotected sex with a random girl in a pool?

would the chlorine prevent contracting whatever std the girl may have? like what if i used “foreplay” to sort of disinfect the suspect area beforehand with the chlorine.. would this be safe or a horrible idea?

    um of course you can

No No No always use a condom, ur swimmers will hammer that chlorine to death [ie get through it]

you would have to know exactly what the chlorine level is in the pool, and in addition to that don’t have any other bodily contact like kissing, but you can still possibly get something depending on the virus.

Wow I really hope you are kidding. If this were true they would sell bottles of bleach next to condoms! That would not help.

..that’s ridiculous. Wrap it up my man.

The chlorine would have no affect to disinfect the area. Its a horrible idea. Chlorine has no disinfecting cures to stds. Use a condom no matter what. You dont know where this chick has been! I wouldnt do it. atleast without a condom.

Unprotected sex is unprotected sex and places you at risk for contracting an STD, chlorine or no chlorine

yes you still can as long as it enters you can still get one

Horrible idea! Why would you be having sex with a random girl , anyway? You need to use a condom when you have sex but there are some STD’s that a condom can not prevent. At least, I have to hand it to you…you are thinking in the right direction!! lol

  12. Bri Says:

Using foreplay to “disinfect” the area with chlorine is ineffective. There are a number of chlorine-resistant bacteria that could cause an infection, including a urinary tract infection. Not to mention, bacteria flourishes deep within the interior tissue of the genitals, in places that you could not reach. Dont forget the viral infections you could contract, such as herpes, hepatitis, and HIV. Unprotected sex with a random person is not a good idea, ever, not even in a swimming pool or hot tub. Especially not in a hot tub. If you suspect that she might have had something, you should get into the doctor right away and get checked. As a matter of fact, you should get into the doctor right away anyway and make your next stop the pharmacy for an economy pack of condoms.

Not only is it risky in the way of STD’s, but just because you’re old enough to have sex, doesn’t make you old enough to raise a baby. If you’re gonna have sex, do it safely.

actually your chances are higher than most.

  14. Karma Says:

Yes you can get a disease. Why would you think you can’t? Chlorine doesn’t stop the spread of STD’S…including HIV.

And check this out…you call her a random girl…which means you are just a random guy in her world so neither of you are any better than each other.

I’m sure the girl will appreciate you wiping down her vagina with chlorinated water. That sounds like a real intimate move! I’ve had sex in a pool before and it wasn’t all it’s cracked up to be. We ended up heading back to the hotel room after 5 minutes to do it right.
