It could possibly be herpes. They usually burn like hell when urine touches the lesions/sores. It doesn’t matter if it’s been six months or a year since your last sexual encounter. Once you have herpes, it’s there to stay. But don’t get hysterical now. The best thing to do is go get tested to make sure. In the meantime, here’s some info on herpes. I hope everything works out for you. Good Luck!!!!

An STD shows up as soon as your infected. Like Gonoreah, Clamydia, Tricanominosis. Genital warts, and Herpes may take a few days or so. It sounds like Herpes. Do you shave? It could be an ingrown hair, or a boil. But overall, you need to get it checked out.

Go to the clinic asap. Not all stds have symptoms, and if you get one you could have more. It might be syphillis or herpes. These things don’t always show up straight away.

usually most stds take a couple hours to a few days to start developing but can take up to 6 months to a couple years to start showing symptoms

Sound’s like a STD and 6mths is enough time for a window period so get checked asap.
